D2C Blindspot is a service operated by Alphamark Consulting LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India ("D2C Blindspot", "we", "us"). All D2C Blindspot services are digital and delivered online. Nothing is shipped, and there are no shipping charges.
What you receive and how
- Written reports and plans are sent by email as a document or secure link to the address you used at checkout.
- Founder and strategy calls are held by video call at a time agreed with you.
- Growth Copilot updates are sent by email and discussed in scheduled calls.
Delivery times
- Blindspot Snapshot: report within 5 to 7 working days after we receive all required data and access, followed by a 45 minute founder call.
- Growth Decision Analysis: report within 5 to 7 working days after we receive all required data and access, followed by a strategy call.
- Growth Copilot: starts on the date agreed in writing, with weekly signals and a monthly deep dive.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The delivery clock starts once your data is complete; we tell you promptly if anything is missing.
What happens after you pay
- You receive a payment confirmation from the payment processor.
- We email you a short intake form and a step-by-step guide to share read-only access or exports.
- Once your data is complete, we confirm your delivery date.
Where we deliver
We serve customers worldwide, with a focus on brands selling in the United States. Delivery is online, so location does not change timing.
Delays
If we cannot meet a delivery date for reasons on our side, we tell you before the date and give you a new one. If the delay does not work for you, you can ask for a full refund before the report is delivered.
