These terms are an agreement between you and D2C Blindspot. D2C Blindspot is a service operated by Alphamark Consulting LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India ("D2C Blindspot", "we", "us"). By buying or using a D2C Blindspot service you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you buy on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
The services
- Blindspot Snapshot ($297, one time): a written report on what your data shows, 30-day priorities and a 45 minute founder call.
- Growth Decision Analysis ($997, one time): a deeper analysis covering cohorts and product journeys, a 90-day plan, a brief for your agency or team and a strategy call.
- Growth Copilot (from $2,500 a month): an ongoing monthly engagement. Scope, price and start date are confirmed in writing before it begins.
Prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars. We may change prices for future purchases; changes never affect an order you have already paid for.
How delivery works
Reports are delivered by email within 5 to 7 working days after we receive all the data and access we need. Calls are held online at a time agreed with you. Full details are in our Service Delivery Policy.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm you have the right to share the data and grant the access you give us.
- You agree to give read-only access or exports in the format we request, and to answer reasonable questions about your business.
- You are responsible for decisions you make and actions you or your team take based on our work.
What our work is and is not
Our reports, plans and calls are analysis and recommendations based on the data you provide and the information available at the time. They are not financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice. We do not guarantee any specific revenue, profit, ROAS or growth outcome. We do not run ads, build creatives or operate your accounts.
Payment
- One-time services are paid in full, in advance, at checkout.
- Growth Copilot is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically each month until you cancel. Before your first payment we confirm the monthly price and billing date in writing. You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@d2cblindspot.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month.
- Payments are processed by PayPal or another payment processor named at checkout, under that processor's terms.
- Any taxes that apply are shown at checkout or on your invoice.
- If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank or payment provider, so we can fix it quickly.
Refunds and cancellation
Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Confidentiality
We keep your data and business information confidential as described in our Privacy Policy. We may describe our work in general, anonymized terms but never name you or share your numbers without your written permission.
Intellectual property
Once you have paid, you may use your report and plan for any purpose within your business, including sharing them with your team, agency, advisers and investors. We keep ownership of our methods, templates, frameworks and general know-how, and of the content on this website.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to access it without authorization, or copy and resell our content or reports as your own service.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost revenue, and our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
We may decline or stop an engagement if we cannot get the data we need, if continuing would be unlawful, or if these terms are breached. If we stop a paid engagement for reasons that are not your fault, we refund the unused part of what you paid.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you buy applies to that purchase.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion by email. If that fails, the courts of Chandigarh, India have jurisdiction.
