D2C Blindspot is a service operated by Alphamark Consulting LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India ("D2C Blindspot", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal and business data we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it and the choices you have. It applies to www.d2cblindspot.com and to every D2C Blindspot service.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: your name, email address, brand name, website and anything you write in an intake form or email.
- Order details: the plan you bought, the amount, the date and the payment status. Payments are processed by PayPal or another payment processor named at checkout. We never see or store your full card or bank details.
- Business data you share for your analysis: exports or read-only access to tools such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Meta, Google, TikTok and your email or SMS platform. This can include order, product, customer and advertising data.
- Technical data when you visit the website: pages viewed, browser type, device and approximate location, collected by our hosting provider and any analytics tool we use.
How we use your information
- To deliver the service you bought: preparing your report, holding your calls and answering your questions.
- To process payments, issue receipts and handle refunds.
- To reply to messages sent through our contact page or email.
- To keep the website secure and understand how it is used.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
How we use your business data
Your business data is used only to analyze your business and prepare your report, plan and calls. It is handled by the D2C Blindspot team and affiliated analysts who work under the same confidentiality terms. We never sell it, never share it with anyone else and never use it to advise another brand.
Confidentiality and access
We ask for read-only access or exports and never for admin rights. When your engagement ends we remove our access, and we delete raw exports within 90 days unless you ask us in writing to keep them for a follow-up. Your report is yours to share as you choose.
Case studies
We never publish your name, brand or numbers without your written permission. Anonymized patterns may inform our general writing, with nothing that could identify you or your brand.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the business. They process data only to provide their service to us and are bound by their own security and privacy obligations. They include PayPal (payments), Microsoft 365 (email and files), Vercel (website hosting) and Sanity (website content). If we add another payment processor, it will be named at checkout.
Cookies
The website itself does not use advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies to deliver and secure the site, and our payment processor sets its own cookies on its checkout pages. If we add analytics that use cookies, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for consent.
International transfers
We are based in India and our providers may store data in the United States, India or other countries. When we transfer data, we rely on our providers' standard safeguards and keep the same confidentiality commitments wherever the data is processed.
How long we keep data
- Raw business data and exports: deleted within 90 days after the engagement ends, unless you ask us to keep them.
- Reports and email correspondence: kept for as long as needed to support you and for at least the period required by tax and accounting rules.
- Order and payment records: kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Security
We use access controls and encrypted connections. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and will tell you without undue delay if a breach affects your data.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including California and other US states, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, email hello@d2cblindspot.com from the address we know you by. We will respond within 30 days and will not treat you differently for using your rights.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
